The Ship Giveaways?

Hi, just a quick question, I was wondering why this site constantly has giveaways of The Ship: Complete Pack? It seems to be very constant and I was just wondering where they're all from? If it's nothing, then don't worry but if it's from some giveaway or bundle I'd like to know which one.

I think that when you win/buy the game you get a free copy.
[EDIT] Or two. Not sure.

User buys games.
2 giftable copies from that.
People who got a giftable copies from above will also get 1 spare gift.

Also, a year ago they gave away like 50,000 copies
