No new points on the hour?

I've recently noticed that the point increases have changed from 4 times an hour (every 15 minutes) to just 3 times, skipping the top of the hour. Is this an intended change or a bug?

Probably there were just no giveaways created, so no new points.

I've checked, and it happens even when plenty of GAs get created between :45 and :00.

Stop entering everything in sight (let's face it: 1571 items is exactly this) every 15 minutes and play some of those wins. Nothing easier

1571 out of over 22,000 is not everything in sight. Not even close. And stopping by once an hour doesn't take much of my time, and I DO play my games. What actually takes up way too much of my time is noticing interesting threads at the bottom of the page and going on detours to read them and solve puzzles and participate in events.

I noticed this too. However, it doesn't happen every hour. Sometimes there are points at :00, sometimes there aren't. So it could be a bug.

Maybe it is setup that way on purpose to limit the points a little because of all the Clickteam giveaways. This will make it more fair for the users that don't use bots or don't sit on here all day spending all their points. It could be set up where if the combined number of points given out on the 15, 30, and 45 minute marks pass a certain amount then it skips the points on the hour.

Just noticed that I got points now at 19:00, while I didn't at 18:00, so it really is inconsistent.

Just wanted to bump this and say 7 points left before the hour and 7 after even with all the new Humble monthly giveaways that were just posted.
