No new points on the hour?

I've checked, and it happens even when plenty of GAs get created between :45 and :00.

Nah, I started noticing this before that began.

It's gonna take more than that :(

Catching those low entry wishlisted GAs is so addictive!

Maybe it is setup that way on purpose to limit the points a little because of all the Clickteam giveaways. This will make it more fair for the users that don't use bots or don't sit on here all day spending all their points. It could be set up where if the combined number of points given out on the 15, 30, and 45 minute marks pass a certain amount then it skips the points on the hour.

Just noticed that I got points now at 19:00, while I didn't at 18:00, so it really is inconsistent.
