What is better? Tropico 3 or 4?

They are almost the same.. but if you prefer old-style Tropico than probably Tropico 4 will suits you better :]

And any1 knows if the DLC worth it for Tropico 3?

If u elder then 14 and can play tropico1 or 2 with crap graphic it worth cause those games are really great

What people told me is Trop 3 and 4 are similar in gameplay. However Trop 4 has more content and side missions which make the game more fun than Tropico 3.That is what a few of my friends told me anyway. Just keep this in mind, Tropico 5 was announced and they said its going to step away from the cannon of how similar Trop 1-4 were to one another.

3 is better. 4 isnt terrible but 3 is a better core game if you're just looking for a banana republic sim that doesn't mess around

4 is better in every aspect. It's literally 3 with more content, which is why people talk down on it; it wasn't worth its price if you already had played 3. To a newcomer though, 4 is obviously the best choice.

Tropico 4 is easier to handle, once you are into it and you know how it works it's no problem to start playing tropico 3.
Tropico 3 is a bit hard to handle if you dont know the game.

4 is what 3 should have been.basically the same,just less flawed
