Public and a month long... chances will be at least 0.001%. This kind of giveaways are boring.
Next time, at least make it private, with some high contrib value to avoid leechers, and make it shorter - 2 days is more than enough.

Just a friendly heads up, but if you're wanting to use a blacklist, you'd need to make the giveaway a private or group one. Blacklists and special rules can't be applied to public giveaways.

Public giveaways cannot have any special rules. Your reroll requests based on your blacklist will not be approved. We'd appreciate it if you'd remove your blacklist from your giveaway description.

If you want to enforce your blacklist, I suggest you to recreate your giveaway as a private one.
