These DLC's seems to be free permanently:

  • Borderlands 2: Ultra HD Texture Pack
  • Borderlands The Pre-Sequel: Ultra-HD Pack

yeah, those UHD or whatever texture packs are basically holding back drive usage, as usually games have them included which takes a lot of useless (unless you use those resolutions)
I miss old times when you get Installers, which let you choose more of options, as I think higher than FullHD resolutions should be as DLC, or atleast choosable within installer

Thanks for reminding me. I was lucky enough to get it on Steam when it was free. The reviews for it on Steam are quite enlightening concerning the publisher/dev, totally forgot about all those shenanigans. Never got around to playing it though 🤪
