Yes, some Indians smear a bit of the frosting onto the birthday recipient. It's a bit annoying, but it is less common now due to pushback.

It's my cakeday! Enjoy a few giveaways! In return, all I request are cat memes.
Summary: All giveaways have no level requirement except for a region-locked Lvl 2+ (India) one at the end have been bundled. Maybe next time I will have the budget to do a bigger event.
