I've... done the same basically. I say I'll blacklist entries (that don't bump), but my blacklist has a big fat zero now. I definitely appreciate the giveaway, and I look forward to playing this thing sometime... looks good. Happy early b-day to you! Hoping it's a good one!

Whoa! I just learned that something like "vote 'not guilty' or we kill your family" isn't a threat because killing people is actually against the law, so they couldn't do it. That just makes so much sense.

Don't know where you live but in my country a threat, in order to be considered a real threat, needs to be plausible. If you go to the police and tell them your life was threatened by a 4 years old kid they will simply laugh you out.

Nothing implausible about (and certainly not the first case of) intentionally withholding a won game, especially over some personal stand or offense, no matter how petty. Numbers say less than nothing. Anyone irate enough to die on that hill probably had All-Received (until that first time when they didn’t), and then likely wouldn’t stick around much longer after hitting that point. Presumably they would’ve racked up hundreds of giveaways while some particular faux-pas simmered hotter over time until the day it boiled.
It’s indisputable enough that your consistent preamble “no bump = no win!” (If you don't bump, I won't send!) is a threat by definition. The status already necessitates qualifiers like “impotent threat,” “insincere threat,” or “joking threat,” so any position decrying "threat" as some inaccurate label or misconstruing the situation requires way more overt clarity than “well I know I don'’t really mean it” that others would recognize too.The objection already veers towards “no true Scotsman” enough to feel disingenuous. Accept, acknowledge, move on.

Besides the fact that no bump=no win is intended as if you won't bump you won't win, which implies not my personal action but misfortune of not winning... I am responsible for what I write, not for what you understand.
Taking the example I mentioned before, a 4 years old kid can hold a knife or a gun and kill you in some situations (I remember reading about a kid who was playing with his father's gun and shot him dead). If you are threatened of death by a 4 years kid you won't be taken seriously, despite there is an actual possibility that it can happen.
Accept, acknowledge, move on and have a nice day.

So I promised to myself I wouldn't do a private giveaway again but tomorrow is a special day so I want to share something with you and also give you a greater chance to win a good game excluding bots and auto entries.
You migh wonder why I stopped doing private giveaways and trains as I used to. The reason is simple, I've been blacklisted by several people for my expression in trains "no bump=no win" because they taught it was "rude" and they see it as a "threat". I wonder if these people live in Candyland to define this rudeness and threats.
My statement was simply a joke and I had no intention to offend anyone. Whoever has read the FAQ at least once knows that private rules are not allowed in SG so even if I actually wanted to "threat" people's lifes and families by not sending the game, I couldn't because of SG rules. After spending my money to create events, threads and giveaways what I had in return was blacklists and this made me sad. In the end I taught that it was not worth the effort and started doing only public giveaways instead.
Sorry if this thread sounds like the rant of a butthurt, but maybe I really am.
