[BUG ?] no game image on GA page

hey all,
since 2 hrs today each and every GA page is not showing the big game banner in the upper left corner.
it blinks for a split second when loading page then it is hidden

I've disable AD blocker but the issue still remains
I've restarted Firefox but the issue is unchanged (version 90.0.2)
I've changed not a single parameters nor installed anything since a couple of weeks

I'm thinking something has changed server side on the way SteamGifts handles the game banners from Steam server

anyone has the same issue ?
anyone can support with a solution / work around ?

UPDATE: Also disabling the Firefox built-in abBlocker does NOT solve the issue

UPDATE - 2
after restarting in SAFE mode the issue was solved so it is definitely LOCAL
disabling one by one the addons has found the bug in "URBAN FREE VPN" extension
