Cant login to steam?

Hey guys. I just went out for like 10 min and when I got back I see steam says No Connection. I went to the site trying ti sign up and it says Wrong Login. On my diff account on my laptop steam is working fine. I havent received any emails from steam what so ever... Anyone have same issues?
