I'm having the same problems with SR IV on my laptop, not using SLI, so it might be something Win 10 related? I actually have no idea. Last time I solved it unplugging my periphericals but it's not working anymore.

Was wondering if anyone could help. I'm loving Black Flag but it's continually crashing for me at random points, making it hard to play as I keep losing progress. At first it was saying the .exe stopped, but the last several times have been visual freeze while audio continues. I can ctrl alt delete, task manager wont work but I can sign out and cancel to force stop it. If I don't do this my computer will crash after a minute.
Also, unless SLI is 100% the culprit turning it off to maybe help isn't really a good option, because I'm using a laptop with not-amazing cards so running the game on good settings at 30 FPS relies on SLI.
