H1Z1 can you profit from the game?

Since this week H1Z1 has a steam market. I personally don't own this game but I'm wondering if it's possible to profit of this game. You can sell hats and stuff on the market so I'm wondering if it would possible to get this game for basicly free.

Well maybe F2P items wont be tradable unless user spends certain amount or buys the premium version like TF2 :/

TF2 was not f2p for a very long time. I bought TF2 long before it went free, and I don't mind that it did, because I enjoyed every single penny I spent. H1Z1 however is still on alpha. How old is it? a few months?

Not really ...
IF you enjoy that kinda games , and got a key for free .. maybe you make 10-20$ in the next few weeks ... after that nope .

Acording to what i know , the stuff thats worth over 1$ on market may take whole day to get ... like a literal day ...
