BF4, though I finished AC4, it doesn't have much replayability, and when you have finished AC4, you have nothing much to do with it anymore.
BF4 for multiplayer, AC4 for singleplayer.

AC series are overrated, go with BF4, you will play more and at least for 1-2 years. AC4 you will beat the game and DLCs and thats it.
