jail is for short term stays - often run by small counties and such - prison is for longer stays - often run by states or governments :)

Yeah its more or less as its explained above, though also also deserving of mention that people in prison have all been sentenced and convicted of a crime (thus the longer stays inherently), while jail serves more as a detention center for people awaiting trial, being held for miscellaneous reasons (awaiting bail), or serving out shorter sentences (whether a weekend or half the weeks in a year).

Correct, but there should only exist one center of the universe(which you could then categorize by all kinds of different other centers, as you said, such as the mass center of the universe for instance), you wouldn't have two gravitational centers for instance, nor would you have two geometric centers because that would be the exact same location. In one of my posts I said "No there can only be one center of the universe." and then I just said "There's no such things as two centers of an object" which I'll just have to live with as my mistake haha since it's ambiguous even though I thought it was implied I was talking about one specific type of center. Let me know if I'm wrong and thanks for noticing.

Pretty much. The center of something is by definition a single a-dimensional "point", so technically there should only be one by definition. Where that point lies in space-time, is dependent on your reference system and criteria used to define the point.
I think generally the term "gravitational center" is not used, rather the "center of gravity", same as "mass center". For some reason, I feel the other way can give the wrong idea as if pointing to a greater phenomenon, like gravitational center sounds like you are dealing with planet scale objects and the nature of gravity itself, rather than just simple kinematics. Perhaps both are used, I am just used to the "C.O.G." nomenclature.
In any case, it's just semantics and someone is going to say I'm being pedantic for even noting it. haha

I believe you're correct about the term "center of gravity" being much more common and probably correct than "gravitational center"... I was simply thinking of how I would describe it as I don't have much knowledge on the subject other than common sense but your way of describing it seems to be the way every other website describes it. The pie guild had to implement this rule due to harassment when giving away their pies. There's a lot of pies to give, but they're made and given using any ingredients that have available. Having to stop every few seconds to check the ingredients they use to answer every person who asks became a huge impractical burden.
Those who do not read the warning signs when entering the carnival are temporarily removed from the park, not sent to prison.

One of the often most overlooked or missed parenting tips:
A child will ALWAYS require attention.
1st they will seek positive attention: "Hey, look at this picture I just drew!" or generally just seek approval or love.
Many parents get this wrong: "Mommy/Daddy is busy now, please go play in your room"
If positive feedback cannot be achieved, they will seek ANY attention - including misbehaving, because to be scolded, moaned at or even smacked is after all, still attention.
A good parent will drop what they are doing - even if it's not a good time, and spend a few moments when positive attention is sought: "Hey that's brilliant! - OK, see if you can draw a blue one now, and come show me again."
A poor parent will constantly scold, shout or smack when the child is misbehaving. In other words, when they seek negative attention, because it is working for the child. This of course can spill in to adulthood, but a child that receives enough positive attention when growing up, will never have the need to seek attention - they will be secure and confident in their abilities and qualities.
What we are doing here - and I am guilty now too - is feeding that demand for negative attention.
