No, private GA never appear on the main page. If you want to temporarily get out you need to bookmark the page or find it again the same way you did the first time around.

That's usually a last resort thing for me. I'd rather take proactive steps to save a page location rather than having to rely on browser history that could have been deleted. (Although I'm not the paranoid kind who feels the need to clean his history/cookies all the time)

browser history takes longer especially if you try to find it some days later,the best way is bookmarking it

Depends. If you remember the name of the game and there weren't many of those, you will only need to check few results. Of course if you can't remember the name or if it's a game currently in a bundle, it is indeed much better to just bookmark it.

The solution is - open the giveaway before removing entry. Works for me. I can even remove entry from private giveaway this way - just leave tab open to enter it again later.

You have a link to giveaway on this page, don't you? Click it! Now you see if it private, and you can remove your entry safely, if you leave this tab open. Is one click too hard?

Try removing your entry from a non-private giveaway. That, or you could use the "Bookmark" feature in your browser.

you remove it from the entered GAs site where you dont see if its private or not and then its just gone for shity reason
it should be always to be seen once you opened it once
