Like any other species. Multiply and die.

There is no real purpose to human existence. It is supremely arrogant to consider our existence to be important when you consider just how small a role we play in the universe. Just like the other animals on earth, we're born, we eat, some of us reproduce, we get old, and then we die.

But, since we're here for such a short time... we might as well be happy. The meaning of life as I see it is to be happy and spread happiness to everyone you come in contact with. Since we're all going to die anyway, we might as well enjoy the journey.
