It is just essentially just a seasonal update for Dota that happens around Halloween. You could call it the Halloween update.

Its a saisonal gamemode where you steal treats from the other team and after that you slam a gigantic Roshan. Also everybody gets free items for playing. And if you abuse gameplay bugs, you get a free Golden item worth thousands of Euros.
