What's the goriest game available on Steam?

i geuss KF 2 but also want to give a mention to the Carmageddon and Manhunt games ;p

Hotline Miami, KF2, Manhunt, Hatred, Outlast (you even see a dick in there), Jericho, The evil within

If you count chopping human limbs then using them as "scarecrow" i would say The Forest is full of gore.

More limbs and blood pls!!!

Super Meat Boy.
You play as an anthropomorphic piece of bloody meat which sticks to the walls, leaves blood trails everywhere he touches and explodes into meat gibs while trying to save his girlfriend. Seems gory enough to me.

Zombie grinder. Buy it. its fun
