Force sync your account on a Wednesday, free weekends only go from like thursday/friday to sunday/monday (I think friday-sunday, usually) so syncing on a tuesday or wednesday is best, that way SG will automatically resync your account every 7 days (i.e. a week from the day you synced) this way SG never automatically syncs your account on the weekend
