You have unfortunately been smitten by the Gods. To please the celestial beings once more, you must spin in place 7 times with your right pointer finger upon your nose and then read the FAQ section entitled, "Why did my level decrease?"

At times bundled games are added to the bundled list days after the actual bundle. The bundle date of course is the day it was bundled.
So if you give a game away after it being bundled, its just a question of time until support catches up and adds these games to the bundle list.

Short version: Games change in value all the time - And the value of your giveaways will as well.

Long version from the FAQ:

Why did my level decrease?
There are two reasons why a decrease could occur.

  1. Values are calculated based on the current USD prices of games in the Steam store. If a game lowers in price, the value of previously created giveaways will adjust accordingly, and this will be reflected on profiles and levels.
  2. Certain games on our site are flagged as "No Value" or "Reduced Value". This is done manually by our volunteers, and therefore there might be a delay before these values are assigned. For example, a game might be included in a bundle on January 10, 2018. If on January 13, 2018 we flag that game as "Reduced Value", with an effective date starting January 10, 2018 (the day the bundle started), then giveaways created between January 10-13, 2018 would have their value reduced accordingly.

Short version: looks like you gave away some free games.

It happens when games lose value. I was at 6.04 the other day. For about 6 hours. Now I'm back down to 5.94. Will I ever reach a permanent 6 again?

Oh woe is me, woe is me.

Of course I will. Took me this long to get lv 6. I can wait a little longer again.

Honestly, I'd rather see one of these than another 'I can't win' topic again. But I digress.

You created a thread asking "how to level up" about a month ago. If I recall correctly, several users explained the CV system to you and linked you the FAQ/guidelines where an explanation is given.

Now you are asking something related, that makes it seem, like you did not read the information given to you back then.

Several people replied here now, giving you all relevant information, you were online afterwards and not even said 'thank you' or the like.

Just like the Steam Summer sale, every day your level is reset to and you have to make giveaways to earn points, but you can only get 100 points unless you become a patron on Patreon.
