problem about lcd monitor

well, today i opened my pc case for clean, after cleaned all when i plugin all cables i noticed that the monitor keeps on standby, that happens to me before with other monitor, well now im on a laptop and tested here if was a monitor problem, i noticed that both monitors works perfectly, were problem may be located? when i start the pc all runs perfect and graphic card ventilator still running, today ill order a new graphic card, and ram, and maybe a new power supply, with that should work or can be the motherboard?

that might be a cable not pushed in till the end or put incorrectly. try checking the wires.

it uses an adapter,when monitor its only conected to power it says no input conectected, when i connect to graphic card plop! it turns into standby
