For the second, after the 7 days pass then you can report the guy and send a ticket to force the received feedback (show that you tried to contact them and maybe the source of the key).

Yeah, as stated above I also have a reroll that has been open for over a week. I started a thread about it too but I was actually able to contact the winner and he's cool with the reroll so I'm just waiting on support!

Sorry to bump but I also had to submit a reroll a couple days ago. The winner owns the full game (Life is Strange) and has even beaten it (demonstrated by unlocking all "completed episode _" & other achievements). For my ticket I included a screenshot of their achievement page for the game and plus a direct link.
From other discussions it sounds like it will take longer than 7 days to get a reply from support. I'm not sure if I should contact the winner and let them know I requested a reroll. I guess I should just be patient, but I just hope to avoid any messy situation with getting a "not received" on my profile and/or somehow being denied for a new winner (it would be impossible for the current winner to accept the gift anyway).

Just wait 'till 2017 and don't lose any sleep over it. It's the holiday season, there's not enough support members and it's only 1 slot anyway. Annoying? Maybe. But concentrate on x-mas and your loved ones instead of SG's shortcomings.

So I sent a support ticket cause it has been 7 days an the dude doesn't want to add me on steam or use the code he won, and now he is suspended (at least it says so on his profile) but I didn;t get a new winner.
How long does it take cause it has been 7 days since I sent a support ticket? O.o
P.S. I am asking cause another giveaway is 1 day from 7 and still not activated.. Bad luck for me it looks like :/

So some mod finally answered on 1 of the tickets asking me for some photos and then after I sent those, 2 days have past and still not a word from him or the new winner being rolled, so how much does the second part of this take? :/
