If i buy a bundle on the humble bundle site , and there is a game in the bundle not in sales on steam. Do i get the full price of the game ?

If you mean by giving it away here, it depends on if that particular game is on the Steamgifts bundle list.

Yup, what you get here for your CV depends on bundled or not (and of course its actual price), not whether it's on sale.

Because i bought a game it was 3 euro's on steam. and i gave it away, and i only got 1.5 dollar :s

Summary: If a game is or was in a bundle on hubmlebundle, indiegala, ... you will only get 15% of its Steam price.

Edit: Race.a.bit and Ignite have both been in bundles in the past.

Not everything in a bundle is necessarily added to the bundle list, but yeah, good rule of thumb is to expect bundled CV for anything that has been in a bundle, unless maybe it's a monthly or a high bundle tier, though even then...
