You get more points automatically overtime when more giveaways are created by people.
I suggest reading the FAQ.

You don't have to do anything to earn points! :D
All you have to do is wait. You get points when other people make giveaways,

Read the FAQ at the top of the Forum page. It answers this kind of question.

But to answer this first question, they increase over time, as users make giveaways. For every $20 of giveaways that are made, you get 1 point.

Search for the section labeled "What's with these points?"

Make sure you read and understand the whole FAQ, that will spare you a lot of hostility that may come up when asking questions on the forum that are already answered in the FAQ ;)
