I was hoping this would get more visibility and that it's a common bug that others have encountered as well. Support has a lot of tickets on their head anyways and adding myself to the pending pile wouldn't be helpful for neither.

I think it doesn't matter as long as the winner marked it received. It's just a reminder for you to keep track of what games you still have to send.
EDIT : this shows that you are 64% on the way to level 2, and your SG profile says you are level 1.64, so you definitely got the CV for it.

Click the Unsent text, and then click the Sent Gift circle.
EDIT - If that doesn't work, it's probably just a bug. Try a forced refresh by holding CTRL and pressing F5. Prolly just SG bug if you can't click past the "unsent" link to the sent gift button.

FIXED!
SG+ was interfering with that and was opening a pop up with the giveaway instead of the page with the "Sent" circle. I disabled SG+ and it worked.

You are the one who marks as Sent or Unsent. Click the "Unsent" link, it will take you to the winner page then click "Sent Gift" on that page. It's not a bug (unless you cannot click that link), just you probably didn't click that.
Also, it doesn't affect your status. Only the winner's feedback does.

Greetings! One of my giveaways finished recently and I've encountered a sort of bug (and I hope it's visual).
On the "Sent" column the game appears with a warning saying that it's "Unsent" even though I sent it and the winner marked it as received. I remember that before I was able to just check a circle that said sent.
Will this affect my status or my level in any way since the notification of an unsent gift appears there as a brand of an unworthy.
