Could the release of Battlefield 4 also bring 2143?

There was a hint that after Battlefield 4 there will be Battlefield 1543, about medieval spec ops.

I doubt they'll take that long to release it.

I think they gave that up after they didn't release any equivalent for Battlefield 3 :S

2142 is dead and gone. They would need to put a lot of work into creating 2143, so much work that it would most likely be a bigger game than Battlefield 4.
