Is Remember Me a game worth while?

In my opinion it is a nice game which could have been better. I enjoyed it, particularly the (too rare) memory rewriting sequences. As far as I know, it is the first attempt from Alain Damasio to write a video game. This guy is a wonderful writer, I don't know if his books have been translated in english.
If perfect gameplay is the most important thing for you, you can probably skip, but if a nice story and some original ideas are enough to please you, you can go for the sale.
