You can upload the image to a site like imgur.com directly from your mobile, or e-mail the photo to yourself and use a computer to upload it.

i feel you XD this is my slow handwriting to make it readable. when i write for example just a note to myself and do it quickly it looks much worse. but hey i once read that people who have a sloppy handwriting tend to be more intelligent. something like "intelligent people tend to not pay much attention to unimportant stuff so they wont bother to learn to write beautiful as long as they can read it hemselves" so lets be proud of our handwritings ^_^

Normally I never have to write for others by hand. Only signing, which I try to do manual and not printed. Okay when there are more then 200 letters to sign I let it print. I wish I had this thing you can watch in the gif

You don't need an acccount to upload pictures there. (atleast not on desktop, not sure about mobile).

actually I'm not using the first row anymore, but I just realized I still remember it. Almost always write on a computer, but when I need to write something by hand I use only capital letters

This is what I do most of the time also. I think it's from being overly impressed by the handwriting of a class mate of mine and wanting to emulate that, sadly I lack both talent and dedication :)
