Is the Amazon 5-Game Arcade/Indie Pack Region Restricted?

I'm planning to buy this pack from Amazon but Iron Brigade and Toy Soldiers are restricted on my region. Will I still be able to activate the keys? Has anyone here tried? Thanks guys! :)

Yes, you'll be able to activate it. GFWL games don't have region restrictions, just purchase restrictions on Steam.
