Like this? I'm pretty sure it's available at some local Pizza Hut. I went into a Pizza Hut in Thailand to escape the heat and saw they had fish stick and hot dog crust pizzas.

If there are any Pizza Huts in Hawaii, I imagine they might have it there. Fish stick crust though... I can't decide if that's awesome or awful... I'll have to try it! :)
Had Pizza Hut in Germany once... it tasted like Pizza Hut. :D
