Make sure your browser is not auto correcting the upperlowercase letters. You can add a character after the slash so Chrome will stop "helping" and change the case back to a failed try.

Thought I totally understood the puzzle...but apparently not. Tried it two ways. Either things are worded in a way that I'm misunderstanding the instructions, or...well, I don't know.

I removed the two letters that 100% result in equal, substituted them into the link, but it didn't turn out to be correct. I substituted two other letters and it was wrong too. I don't know what else to do now. Does the picture have something to do with the puzzle?

I didn't need the picture/GIF to solve the puzzle, but, I can kind of see a connection... though it's very, very subtle, if OP planned it I would be amazed (not that I doubt it, he had fun puzzles).
