You can use SteamDB to see the different packages as they always show in the name which region they are locked down to.
Keep in mind that Deep Silver has one of the most fucked up regioning on Steam, so saying "sure" means "there is decent enough possibility this is the case".

So I want to trade my Dead Island GOTY but I remembered that when I bought it from Humble Bundle, the game was region restricted. I am from the Middle East ( Bahrain ). Will anyone be able to activate the key or only Middle Eastern Countries? I tried contacting Humble Bundle support but it have been couple of days without any response.
