I've been meaning to do a runthrough of this game for a while now, but haven't yet had the impetus since my HTPC/controller setup is usually being overrun by my kids these days.

If I might make a suggestion with respect to your "Discuss a Game" format, perhaps doing it in a "Game of the Week" or "Game of the Month" (in a similar way to how "Book of the Month" clubs set things up) may engender more opportunities for participation and discussion? I also notice that you from time to time give away games that you are highly enamored with, and I think this could be a good lead-in for the next game topic. For example, during the current game's discussion period, you could mention that the next game topic will be xxxx, and here is a giveaway (with the stipulation that the winner of the giveaway should play the game and participate in discussion or be shamed).

I had thought about running a "game of the month" topic before, but haven't really had the time to set things up and be able to maintain it in a way I would have liked. I think your idea to discuss and generate interest in specific games is great, and hope that it gets more participation!

Just a few points I thought I'd add. Although a "Game of the Month" event would be easier to fund, it would be quite difficult to discuss only one game for an entire month. Unless you're constantly attracting people throughout the month with some sort of incentive, I feel a lot of people would quickly lose interest. On the other hand, a "Game of the Week" event would be a more reasonable amount of time to spend talking about a game but it'd be harder to fund over a long period of time (of course, I'm saying all this while remaining oblivious to the amount ambibot is capable of spending on such giveaways, but I'm just basing it on what would be reasonable for your average person).

On my wishlist.

The gameplay kinda reminds me of Furi. If it's half as polished it's probably pretty good.
