also couldnt you just make another steam account, bind it, get all the cd keys, and unbind it, bind your main steam account and boom, you win the internet.

Yeah same, I logged in to make a thread, but everyone was way ahead of me, lul.

You won't get CD key anymore, you gotta login throught steam to reedem.

Base and BTA could still be traded separately. Now everyone will have to follow the TOS.

So when I already own a game it gets lost? If I own 4/5 of the games in some bundle they will just poof, for the heck of it? I can't share the double keys I have?
Hell yeah HIB, keep going in that direction, with all the greediness and now this, you won't get that far ......

You still can give those owned games away to people you trust or people that trust you. You need to either let them log into your hib account to redeem the key or they have to give you their steam login info so that you can redeem it for them.

That's a bit dodgy and a pain in the ass though. What if I wanted to give someone a game from a HIB that I already own. None of my friends or family are going to readily give me their login info. But if I let them login to my humble account, I have to trust that they'll only claim the game I said they could have, and not any of the leftover keys on my account for any other bundles I've gotten in the past.

Oh greedynes. They are giving you a bunch of games at a ridiculous cost. But they are greedy.
Moron

Calling me a moron because I can't share the games I own already?
Fool... And in case you haven't noticed, HIB ARE greedy. Ever since the Origin bundle. Before that ever since the winter 2011-2012 Steam sale. And now this. They become less and less customer-friendly, they require much more money for what you get (require, not actually rely on your good will to pay more), they broke the early buyers tradition. And it's not just me who thinks that, I find quite a lot of people who don't enjoy any of that too. When you had certain rights and people revoke these for you with the ultimate purpose to gain more money, that's greediness. Prove me wrong now, smart one.

forgive me if im wrong ,but if u owned the latest worms , do u need the rest of em?

Why would you want games in your account if you dont want to play them? Completly useless and a waste of money.

Which is great, because abusers are scaring publishers away from places like Humble

I'm picky about what goes into my library, I was kind of upset when they added Snuggle Truck into the bundled key after I already redeemed it, didn't want that game in my library but don't want to contact support to remove a game from my account :p

I wonder what the difference in sales will be since you can't trade keys anymore.

what now with CV? Is it going to be 30$ limit for bundled games? Now its impossible to gift only one game,so * should be out,and CV should get normal for all coming bundles

I guess the games you already own are 'wasted'? ..

According to the FAQ you can change the associated Steam account, so if there's someone you trust enough with your Humble Bundle account then they should be able to associate their account and redeem. Or if they trust you enough with their Steam account you can do that for them.

As it may now get some people angry (from the trading guys to split the cost bundle guys), i do actually enjoy this system. I've had 3 games from this weekly my initial thought it was to split the cost of them to another people and the games that I've wanted. But now with this I'm gonna save the extra games and when my son have the age to play will add a new account for him to play ^^

What about unlinking, then linking a different Steam account yourself? Is that possible? I have an alt I was planning on building up with bundle games.

With games for mobile device, huh? I see it's quite popular method.

I actually already tried to do that and...no, you can't. That's because you cannot share your library with another account, but with another PC. You have to manually log in with your profile on such device, authorize it, then every account that logs in from that device can access your games.

Ahh fuck, I forgot. Well then, I'm still gonna do a 2nd account option and authorize it in my main PC.
For my other PCs that has my main account in offline mode, I guess I'm just gonna make an automated scipt that will run sandboxxy and open steam with my 2nd account on every startup.

Games you already own don't redeem. They go to the trash.
