3-day pass for an online game when a friend who bought the game is in the game. Limited to Steam accounts with 100+$ worth of games.

Internet : "What the hell ?! This 5 seconds existing feature that I haven't thought about ever before until now is not what I expected ! I demand moar or I will boycott you and ruin you. And I will start with this mighty petition ! And don't you dare not announce a new Half-Life game next week ! Dance for me, dance !!"

I think every complain now in the internet involves change.org.

The petition is to allow people to play DIFFERENT games at the same time. Not the same game at the same time.

The way it's set up now, if you play any game at all your family member can't play any borrowed game period. Or if they are borrowing a game then you can't play anything from your library at all period.

what they need to do is add 2 player split screens to games, and then savy people will just put player 2s screen on a different monitor

And here I thought the GTA 5 petition to prevent a pc release was funny lol I can't remember when the word petition could be taken seriously. Seems when people try to get a good laugh for all to share there's always going to be 1 or 2 taking it too seriously.

Pretty low amount of signatures needed for a platform that has 6 million users online lol

EDIT: I just realized the petition is not for lulz and is a serious matter to the person who started it. I will now go laughing into the dark if the person who started it doesn't realize the downsides to the way that family sharing FAQ works.
