I tested the filter :) I can confirm it blocks those without the game on their wishlist. I guess so long as those with it on the wishlist can get through it works as planned

Well damn, I wish SGTools could also check ITAD wishlists because I only keep games I want to trade for/pre-order games on my Steam wishlist nowadays
