Got blocked on Lootboy

I don't know what happened, i've been a user for 2 and a half years and this is a first for me. I never use VPN on Lootboy, but i saw a Champions League game through VPN and maybe i forgot to turn it off and accessed Lootboy by mistake with it on, and they noticed it?

What can i do now?
