no actually 1min 30secs minimum (time for winner to activate and mark as receive assuming he is spot on his timing) or 2 weeks max if theres a problem and u need sup to respond (1 week for ticket to be eligible and +-1 week for support to review and reroll)

It takes around 9 times. It's a common misconception that it's 3 times, but they're wrong. I hope that no one needs to know how many time you'll need to become level 2
