It should be on your library but it shouldn't be on your profile as "Borderlands 2".

It should say "Borderlands 2 Preorder"

Otherwise idk it'll be open for predownload 2 days before release I believe.

Pre-orders usually don't appear in the games list on your community profile but it should be in your library, so don't worry.

Pre-order games don't show up in the games list on the profile. Although they will show up in the games library in your client.

Restart steam and check your library
