Well if you want to be really precise it would be ratio of tickets to admins, there could be a lot of users but only a few that open tickets

I haven't spent a lot of time on SC but it looks like it has a much less active community than here.
The forum is almost empty (there's like 300 topics, while there are over 100,000 here).
