Steam wallet doesnt match MARKET currency

So, im was going to put 20€ on one account of mine to buy some things from the market in order to "unlock" this account.

But i noticed the market currency doesnt match my wallet currency. It is because I never added funds to my wallet before?

PS: Wallet and Store currency is EUR as well.

Question: Is I add only 10€ to wallet is that enough to unlock it or i need to do a purchase?

or you can purchase a cheap game with your credit card and voilà! steam account unlocked

Wouldn't adding those funds to the wallet and then buying a game from steam, instead of item from steam market, unlock the account just the same? I know that's not what you are trying to do, just suggesting an alternative if it would work. I believe it would.

If you'd add a credit card to your account you'd get 7 or 15 days locked out of the community market afaik... just buy a cheap game for 49 cents and your account should be unlocked...
