If I could, I would play all of my games on the PC. But since I can't, I would wish for the things that would benefit the most from becoming a PC game. Those benefits primarily being tweaking/improving the visual experience, patching/modification, and maintaining multiplayer support (if done right, some games have MP set up in a way that keeps control of it out of the hands of the players). I think that those factors are why Red Dead Redemption is such a popular choice, and to be honest I'm pretty hard pressed to think of a game that I would actually want to play that needs those things more than RDR does.

Just one? Torturous.
I hear great things about The Last Of Us and Bloodborne.
But I'm more likely to go with something like Heavy Rain because I don't have the cash or TV for a console.
In fact, because I love Quantic Dream stuff even when it falls short, I would pick "Detroit : Become Human". Thats right, I'm using my console port vote to pre-order a Quantic Dream port, bahaha. <3

Yes, yes, a million times YES!
But, until that happens, we have to put up with Mirror of Fate.

As the title asks, which would your choice be? Now you can only name one title.
Personally, I'd KILL to play Horizon Zero Dawn but have no interest in rejoining the console wars.
