I wanted to suggest HuniePop for obvious reasons, but it's not in your library
...
Ok on a serious note, if you have someone to play with, Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes should not require two hands and seems very enjoyable from the videos (I can't personally confirm this since I don't own it).
Also, Star Wars KOTOR can be played with only one hand, since the movement can be handled by the mouse alone and the fights can be paused any time. And it's a great game, I played it several years ago and loved it.

Play it on Radiant difficulty. It feels a little less stressful.

Speedrunners would be a good one for you based off of replayability and the workshop. However you would need to rebind the keys as the defaults use the left hand entirely. Most platformers would also work. I'd recommend buying one called "Shovel Knight" if you're interested which is REALLY good. Otherwise both your games Steamworld Dig and Heist could be 2 others you could try. Pray you're able to recover quickly.

Project Highrise? At most what I use there is WASD and the speed keys, but all of these have corresponding clickable buttons. You can click and drag to move around.
I hope your hand gets better, not being able to use it for the rest of your life would suck.

Did you finish wolf among us? You can try most of the point-click games and management/strategy games

Any "touch friendly" game will do. Here's an incomplete list:

HOGs, Point and Click, and Visuals Novels are pretty easy with one hand. Telltale games would probably be fun and easy. Platformers too as they don't rush or require to many buttons. I can't think of many genres or games right now :/
Sorry to hear about your hand, but it sounds like you still have a positive attitude about things (even if in sarcasm :P) which is a great gift to have :) Hope it gets better!

Hero of the Kingdom is a pretty enjoyable casual game.
Renowned Explorers: International Society is also played with a mouse, and it's a little bit addictive.
Shadowrun: Dragonfall is a well-written turn-based RPG, should suit you just fine right now.
And good luck with you hand, get better!

I agree with the comment above. The games have separate stories, so the order doesn't matter from this point of view, but yeah, Dragonfall has considerably improved gameplay mechanics and is written much better. I wasn't particularly impressed by Returns, but I did enjoy it; you can skip it or play the whole trilogy in order of release, but I think you won't want to lower your standards and go back to Returns after Dragonfall.

Sooo...
My doctor made a tiny little mistake and I won't be able to use my left hand for at least three months (yay!) or even for the rest of my life (i know...). I can't ride my motorcycle and I can't play my favourite games and it doesn't make me happy.
Could you please recommend me some games from my library that can be played with just one hand? Excluding adventure games as they are pretty obvious ;) Please?
