How Much to need donated to get level 2?

I had donated $74.94 and I'm level 1 yet. I see this user http://www.steamgifts.com/user/TheZoldier had donated $76.97 and he is level 3?

Hello! I see you recently registered so to answer you're question go here. That's the admin's announcement about levels. The majority of your games you've given away are bundled so they will not count full value. Also, I would point you to read the FAQ and Guidelines as they answer questions new users generally have. Also, welcome! :)

Thanks. The system know the game is bundle about the key or the bundle is active in the moment?

Flawed system. My level bounces betreen 4 and 5 about every 4-5 days.
TheZoldier should never be level 3. 2 of his 3 GA's have been bundled and should only get 15% of value for each.
Dont worry be happy and just gift for the sake of gifting.
Problem solved.
