Marks it as Ransomlock, which is a type of virus that locks your computer and files and asks for money to unlock it. Usually with a "police message" saying they found that you were downloading something illegal or watching illegal videos/photos (to say it in a neat way)
Pretty sure that Dota2 is safe, valve would have quite some trouble if it turned out to be a virus.
Also, like other people suggested: Norton isn't a good antivirus. It has a LOT of false positives and severely impacts performance if real time scanning is on.
A lot of free antivirus programs are better than your average paid antivirus. I'm not sure which ones are the good ones now (it shifts) but google should help you find a good one ;)

Install avira or avast, and malawarebytes

Today, I installed Norton Antivirus 2014 and virus was detected in file dota.exe.!
I tried downloading it again and same thing happened.! :O
Is it safe to install dota 2 or what.? :S
