Use a real antivirus like Avast/Kaspersky

Marks it as Ransomlock, which is a type of virus that locks your computer and files and asks for money to unlock it. Usually with a "police message" saying they found that you were downloading something illegal or watching illegal videos/photos (to say it in a neat way)

Pretty sure that Dota2 is safe, valve would have quite some trouble if it turned out to be a virus.

Also, like other people suggested: Norton isn't a good antivirus. It has a LOT of false positives and severely impacts performance if real time scanning is on.
A lot of free antivirus programs are better than your average paid antivirus. I'm not sure which ones are the good ones now (it shifts) but google should help you find a good one ;)

what about panda cloud antivirus? it's a good antivirus, it's always connected to internet so it don't need to update virus list and you are always safe.

I never played dota then again i suck at clicking the mouse so id probably be horrible at it.

I use windows 8, it comes with windows security essencials in it's kernel, so no need for antivirus softwares :)
