The last one had Steam keys for all but a Greenlight game. Its lists DRM free because each game has a download as well.

Previous BIAB bundles meant by DRMFree just that those games in bundle aren't only Steam keys but there are also DRMfree downloads, so I'd expect same in the third bundle.
