You ninja'd a key, someone else found that key and tried activating it.

Since you have sole ownership of the email that is linked to your Steam acc, you have nothing to worry about.

Someone found a key you ninja'd and tried to activate it, when it didn't activate he clicked the button to recover account that had the key. It's nothing really, many people get those and it's been asked multiple times.
