I think a 34" gaming monitor would be very expensive because it's a niche item. Have you looked at reviews yet?
Here's one that might give you some ideas...

Hello guys,
I should buy a new monitor for my new apartment since I moved to another city. Consider that in my other house (my parents' house actually) I have a Philips BDM4065UC 4K 40 inches so I am used to large sized monitor.
What I surely need is a minimum 34" monitor with at least 2k res!
I play all kind of games so I am not looking for an e-sport monitor
But I am a bit confusing about all novelty in the monitor scene. I understood that now there is the Ultrawide format (21:9) and all other stuff like Gsync (I have a Nvidia GTX980 but I can consider to upgrade to a 1080). And I also recently heard about HDR Gsync!
I dont know if this format is good or not and also I dont know if I notice some differences with Gsync wtr to my old monitor.
Do you guys can suggest a good gaming monitor >= 34 inches? which format 21:9 vs 16:9? with HDR Gsync or Gsync or nothing?
Budget is not a real problem atm but if I can spend less then 1.5k $ would be good :)
GIB for you ^^
