Hey guys so this weekend im planing on getting another xbox controller to play with my brother some games on my pc and I just couldnt find that many local co op pc games so I was thinking that maybe other gamers know about this. Which games would you recommend for me and my brother to play? So far I got Gang beasts, Lego games and obscure.

Im looking for everything that can be played by 2 players in 1 pc even if it requires an emulator so go ahead and post your old nintendo games if you would like. No clue if this is good or bad for me to post but hopefully I can get a good list of local co op games for me and my brother / friends / family to get along with this new year.

If you submit a game, thanks alot and hopefully I can get around to play it soon and get the same fun as you did :)

Thanks.

L4D2 can be played on slip screen too, heard about this.

Did a quick search on Google and found this video tutorial, no mods required only commands, but you may do a better search if this doesn't helps.

Well these are all the local co-op games on steam - Here.
Out of these I would personally recommend Binding of isaac rebirth, Octodad, Rayman origins/Legends, Monaco, Ibb & Obb and probably a lot more but thats all i could think of from the top of my head.

You can use this site to find coop games Co-optimus.

Trine 1 & 2, Castle Crashers, Battleblock Theater, Sonic All Stars Transformed, Metal Slug 3 & X are some that comes to my mind.

Also i heard Towerfall Ascension is fun.

THIS

It even tells you the maximum amount of local players, if the game supoorts controllers and the type of multiplayer (split screen, shared screen, hot-seat etc). :)

Edit: Oh yeah, also, this.

Edit 2: Let's not forget this and this.

DieselStormers is an often over looked local co-op. Haven't got around to playing it yet but it looks pretty cool.

I've gotta recommend Crypt of the Necrodancer. But I've never hooked it up with a controller so I can't comment on that.

How can you have accidentally omitted Rayman Legends? Check out the reviews. It's 4 player local co-op and one of the best platformers ever made.

Hehe lucky you. It's great. I'd get it for Steam but for the fact it's easier to play it on consoles when my friends come around, but the PC is the same (though don't fancy carrying my PC downstairs every time) :)
