If you have an issue with another USER, submit a ticket with a user report, rather than calling them out within the community or on the forum.
The fact that the rule is talking about USERS, makes me think that they're actually talking about steamgfits users. :P And that's why I always say that rules aren't clear.

He's famous because he has scammed many people and I have heard about him a lot of times. And I had blocked him in the past since he's a famous scammer, in order to avoid him adding me. :P
And yeah, steamtrades has no support. Everyone can do anything they want without consequences. They can get -rep though.
You should be legit, man. -_- Everyone should be legit. Scammers suck. Even if you don't get punished by scamming people, would you really like to be a lowlife scumbag? I think not.

Thing is that even steamrep and steam don't care. xD Steamrep doesn't accept reports for a lot of types of common scams. Steam will care only if a user has been reported hundreds of times. xD It's just stupid. I believe that scammers should be punished like common thieves, because that's what they are - THIEVES!
In other news, other trading sites, like tf2outpost, actually have support members. They're fast and ban scammers, so you may wanna check it out.

Steamtrades used to have mods and scammers where routinely banned and their accounts removed. Now its like the wild west. So why act like a priest without a gun when everyone around you is an armed cowboy who gives no F's.

The problem with tf2outpost is that you have to have the game in your inventory, so you can't trade keys there. And yeah, I really don't know why they can't ban them. Cg probably transferred it into a new domain, in order to lower trade-related tickets and trade-related discussions. Still, even if they ban them, they'll probably start impersonating other steamtrades members.

While I agree to a point. It should be reviewed and not automatic. Rep can be faked after all. But users like this guy with tons of evidence against him. Should be banned already.

Users like this https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198297988893 who are already banned on steamrep , have tons of negative feedback with evidence.
There are at least a dozen like him on Steamtrades at the moment , freely scamming and pretty much making the feedback profile worthless.
Any chance at all for some of you mods from this side helping out?
